Now what are you going to do with it? The University of the Nations offers some great training courses. Students emerge from the College of Communication having honed their skills working alongside some outstanding teachers. But what comes next? And can you use those skills under the umbrella of Youth With A Mission?

You have something they need

Many YWAM missionaries launch out into ministry with very little awareness of their communication

needs. To develop partnerships with financial supporters and to ensure good prayer support, they need to be able to tell their ministry stories. To resource their ministries and to connect with other, like-minded teams, communication skills are vital. If you are gifted in visual, written or verbal communication, you could make a huge difference to the effectiveness of individual missionaries and to whole ministries.

I learned a great deal

An intern experience with YWAM AfriCom [the Com Team for YWAM’s work in Africa] was very beneficial and memorable. My experience with AfriCom has renewed and strengthened my passion for missions. I have witnessed the way the communicators for AfriCom play an important role on the mission field.
